Additional Services

Mold Testing

Mold spores naturally float through the air at all times. However, they can cause a problem when they find a moist area in the home to settle and grow. Mold growth can cause damage to home surfaces and structures, so find a mold issue easily with our Mold Testing services.

Water Testing

We offer Water Testing to ensure that the water in a home is safe for use and consumption. We test for harmful bacteria and other contaminants in your water.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Trying to sell a home can be a frustrating process if you aren’t properly prepared. A Pre-Listing Inspection will provide sellers with information about the home’s potential problems before they list it and allows them the opportunity to remedy problems beforehand.

In situations where a buyer and seller need an outside party to verify repairs, a Re-Inspection can be scheduled. We will come back to a home we have previously inspected and check the quality and completeness of new repairs.

New Construction Inspection

It can save time and money to have a newly built home inspected before the final walkthrough. During a New Construction Inspection, we thoroughly search for any oversights that were made during the building process so that they can be addressed before the walkthrough.

Commercial Inspection

We offer Commercial Inspections without any limit on property-type or size. Just like a residential Buyer’s Inspection, we inspect the commercial property to assess condition and damage.

4 Point Inspections

In some situations, a report only needs to be written for the areas of the home that matter most to insurance companies rather than the entire property. The 4 Point Inspection includes the roof, electrical system, plumbing system, and HVAC system.

Radon Testing

Radon is a cancer-causing gas that can build up in the home, but it can’t be seen, tasted, or smelled. Because of this, professional Radon Testing is required to measure radon levels. We use radon canisters to test your home for safety.

The Tools We Use

Thermal Imaging Inspection Services

Thermal Imaging Camera

If we suspect that there may be moisture damage within the walls, ceilings, or floors of a home, then we will use a thermal imaging camera to find its precise location. The camera picks up on infrared energy, allowing us to see areas of heat loss not visible to the naked eye.

Drone Roof Inspection

Aerial Drone

We typically walk roofs during the inspection, but on rare occasions we will determine that a particular roof is unsafe for us to inspect on foot. In these situations, we will use an aerial drone to collect clear images of the roof from above.

Spectoscope Inspection

The Spectoscope is a long, adjustable tool that we can attach our camera to. It is used as needed during inspections to safely inspect hard-to-reach areas.

Moisture Meter Inspection

Moisture Meter

We use a moisture meter as needed during our inspection services to measure the amount of moisture in the air, pointing us in the direction of possible leaks or mold growth.
